    with more than 30 years’ experience, Richard led the largest development firms in Australia to where they are now. operating firstly as an architect, and then transitioning into development – being Director of Development and Design Strategy at Brookfield Multiplex & Director of Design & Planning at Mirvac from the 90s to late 2000s.

    with a special talent for master planning, Richard too headed architectural projects ranging from the design of resorts in the Caribbean, golf courses in Canada, high-end residential homes in Double Bay, & multi-billion dollar mixed-use developments.

    notable works of Richard’s include the Strata SE1 tower & redevelopment of Elephant and Castle (London), Wembley Stadium (London), & Raffles (Perth).

    within STU.FF Group, Eric oversees the value management division, where he collaborates with developers to maximise project potential through optimised, efficient designs. his strategic approach consistently delivers substantial reductions in construction costs while driving revenue growth, enhancing overall project profitability. with a proven ability to blend financial acumen with design innovation, Eric remains a pivotal figure in delivering high-value outcomes for complex developments.
